Day to Day itinerary
Day 1. Arrival in Kilimanjaro International Airport (JRO)
Upon arrival at Kilimanjaro International Airport, you’ll be met by one of our guides and transfer you to the Hotel in Arusha for an overnight stay. Arusha is a city in northern Tanzania as well as gateway point to the famous attraction such as Serengeti National Park, the Ngorongoro Conservation Area, Lake Manyara National Park, Olduvai Gorge, Tarangire National Park, Mount Kilimanjaro, and Arusha National Park on Mount Meru. Our Gullah Geechee Africa representative will meet you and welcome you to Tanzania and if time allows he/she will brief you about the whole Safari


Day 2. Arusha – Tarangire National Park.
Leave after breakfast and then drive to Tarangire National Park for a full day game drive with hot lunch and enjoy the best of Tarangire. The park is located slightly off the main safari route, The park is impressively splendid for its famous concentration of wild animals especially the elephants and it is also one of the finest birding destinations in East Africa. The name of the park originates from the Tarangire River that crosses the park and covers an area of 2850 kilometer square. The Park has remarkable attractions with large groups of Elephants, spectacular natural beauty of savanna landscape and magnificent majestic Baobabs. Over 550 different bird species have been recorded in the park, of which several are threatened or endemic. Later in the evening your driver will drive you to the lodge located in the Mto wa Mbu where you can enjoy the sunset and overnight here.
Day 3. Lake Manyara National Park.
Today after delicious breakfast, we will make our way out to Manyara National Park, one of the best park in northern circuit The lush green vegetation consisting of tall trees of the ground water forest, the tree climbing lions, the soda lake inhabited with thousands of pink-hued flamingos, large water birds and the troops of baboons and blue monkeys and the rift valley escarpment make your safari to this area unforgettable. The park derives its name from a plant called Euphorbia tirucalli, known as Emanyara in Maasai language and covers an area of 648.7 square. The Park has remarkable attractions most notably the tree climbing lions, Marang’ forest, hot spring, ground water forest, diversity of bird species and the rift valley. Later in the evening you will return to the lodge for your overnight.


Day 4. Lake Manyara – Ngorongoro Crater
After breakfast our guide will take you to Ngorongoro crater for walking tour in Embakai and Nainokanoka walking trial where you can enjoy the majestic of Ngorongoro Conservation Area. Later in the evening you will drive back to the lodge where you can relax and enjoy the majestic of Ngorongoro Crater.
Day 5. Ngorongoro Crater.
After delicious breakfast, descend into the crater for a morning game drive in Ngorongoro crater. It’s a full day game drive with a hot lunch. Late afternoon, we’ll drive back to the lodge for dinner and overnight.
The jewel in Ngorongoro’s crown is a deep, volcanic crater, the largest unfolded and unbroken caldera in the world. About 20kms across, 600 meters deep and 300 kilometer square in area, the Ngorongoro Crater is a breathtaking natural wonder. We will visit Lake Magadi, a large but shallow alkaline lake in the southwestern corner, which is one of the main features of the crater. A large number of flamingos, hippos and other water birds, big elephants, African buffaloes, lions and a rare spotted black Rhino can usually be seen here. Later in the evening we will drive back to the lodge for our overnight stay.


Day 6&7. Ngorongoro Crater – Central Serengeti.
Just after heavy breakfast at the lodge we will make our way out towards Serengeti National Park, while heading to Serengeti we will see the magical of Ngorongoro as we will be seeing Maasai villages inside the Ngorongoro Area which is an amazing experience, upon arrive in Serengeti National Park we will do our afternoon game drive Maasai people called this park ‘Siringet’, meaning endless plains. The Serengeti speaks for itself and with good reason not only the migration of over 1 million wildebeest through its plains and woodlands but also unique landscapes and other spectacular wildlife
The Serengeti is home to the world’s largest populations of Wildebeest, Zebra, Cape Eland, Lion, Cheetah, Hyena and Gazelles. The scenic beauty of the sky with cool nights and warm days makes your visit to this remaining home for great migration of large mammals incredible! Serengeti National Park, a world-renown, World Biosphere Reserve and World Heritage Site that has many attractions than any other national park in Africa. The Great Migration, The Big Five, Unique Bird Collections, Endangered Species, Highest concentration of Carnivores and Herbivores, Scenic and Spectacular Landscapes are some of the attractions one will encounter!
Later we will drive to the lodge for our overnight stay.

Day 8. Central Serengeti National Park-Northern Serengeti.
Today after delicious breakfast we will make our way out to Northern part of the Serengeti National Park, where migration tends to happens, Serengeti has more than 28 species of herbivores including buffalos, wildebeest, zebras, elands, hippos and waterbucks. During game viewing spotting herbivores coloring the endless plains while feeding gives you a thrilling experience! After enjoying the real wildlife in the northern part, later in the evening our driver will drive you back to the lodge for overnight staying.
Day 9. Northern Serengeti
Early breakfast at the camp, followed by an early morning river game drive to view the great migration on crossing movement, with picnic lunch. In the evening back to the camp for dinner and overnight.
The park is well known for its healthy stock of other resident wildlife, particularly the “big five”, named for the five most prized trophies taken by hunters: Lion: the Serengeti is believed to hold the largest population of lions in Africa due in part to the abundance of prey species. More than 3,000 lions live in this ecosystem. African Leopard: these reclusive predators are commonly seen in the Seronera region but are present throughout the national park with a population of around 1,000.


Day 10. Northern Serengeti – Arusha.
Breakfast at the camp and then game drive at Mara region of Serengeti to view the great migration and then transfer to Arusha for your overnight or international departure.
